Over the last month I have read many papers on this topic. I think ISTE might have really got the ball rolling by creating their NETS(A) document. I have been intrigued by Yee's dimensions of ICT leadership. The Calgary Board of Education has created a Leadership Development program and Flanagan & Jacobsen have applied ICT leadership into this model. All of these authors are from Calgary. Is anyone aware of other authors who have written in the last three to five years on these topics?
